The White House said Sunday that the administration is sending a presidential delegation to Senegal next month to attend President Macky Sall’s second inauguration ceremony in Dakar.
Leading the U.S. delegation to Senegal on Tuesday, April 2 is U.S. Agency for International Development Administrator Mark Green, accompanied by U.S. Ambassador to Senegal and the Guinea-Bissau Tulinabo S. Mushingi, Overseas Private Investment Corporation’s Acting President and Chief Executive Officer, David Bohigian, Department of State Deputy Assistant Secretary for West Africa and Security Affairs, Ms. Whitney Baird, National Security Council’s Director for African Affairs, Ms. Emily Elston, and Carl Sosebee, Senior Advisor to the Director, Peace Corps.
