Food carts, open-air grills, music, street vendors and in-door-out-door restaurants are all part of the inaugural Harlem Eat-Up four-day food festival taking place in the famed namesake NYC neighborhood, starting this Thursday, May 14 – through Sunday, May 17th.

Conceived by celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson and event marketer Herb Karlitz, this event will converge some of the “who’s who,” of the nation’s top chefs, including Food Networks’ Bobby Flay, Alex Guarnascheli, chef Daniel Boulud, Mark Henegan of South African restaurant-Madiba Harlem, Amanda Freitag of Empire Diner and Marvin Woods of Atlanta’s Asante restaurant and bar, to not only wet your palate, they will also discuss and share their culinary experiences with audience.
