IMFC Chair says Africa is Top Priority for the Fund Committee

SCOOP: “Africa is always a top priority,” the International Monetary Fund Committee Chairman and Saudi Arabia Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan told the Africa Bazaar on Thursday when asked whether the International Monetary Fund is preparing any financing program to assist African countries in mitigating the external shocks from the current oil and supply chain crises precipitated by the war in Iran and the Middle East crisis.

Mr. Al-Jadaan did not elaborate when pressed for specifics.
