FIRST ON AFRICA BAZAAR: President Trump is expected to sign new “bold executive orders” in the coming days that will boost U.S. housing supply, a White House Official told Africa Bazaar on Thursday.

The EO will build on the administration’s efforts to increase housing supply and make housing affordable for Americans.

When asked for specificities, the Official did not expand on the specific aspect of the housing crisis the new EO will address but economists told the Africa Bazaar that housing regulations constraints and providing home financing such as downpayment assistance for first homebuyer could be a major game changer in boosting housing affordability for Americans.
